In this lecture, Professor Björk discusses the role of principal in organisational learning. Organisational learning is a powerful concept which can be applied in many different cultures. Even in a traditional hierarchical model, principal can still empower the teachers to work collaboratively. Both vertical collaboration and lateral collaboration are effective ways of promoting organisational learning.
