Family school in Kalevala school, Kuopio, Finland

Family school is co-operation system in our school with families and teachers. We invite families to school once a week, 1 hour per meeting in 4 week time. In family school are working 2 teachers with families. Family school is for everybody in our school, who needs some help to manage in school. 

In family school parents are working with their children. A child is doing their homework. Teachers are supporting the parents to help their children. In family school we can talk about many things, what families need or want to talk about.
