Please do this assignment preferably before moving on with the course. Prepare a presentation about shared leadership in your own country or context. The presentation should be approximately 15 minutes long. You will find detailed instruction from the link below. If you have any questions you can also contact the course teacher.

Presentation on Shared Leadership in My Context
Please prepare a presentation on how leadership is shared in your own context (country or organisation). Prepare the presentation so that it can be understood without prior knowledge of your background/context. The presentation should include atleast the following parts:
An introduction to your context
A short explanation to how leadership is shared (preferably with examples)
Your view of the benefits and or downsides
You may also include e.g.
Are the practices and theories alligned (Is your organisation / country "walking the talk")?
A short historical background on how the situation has changed in your context in the past years
Your view of the future: what will happen?
You can include sound, videos, audio etc. to the video. The presentation should be approximately 15 minutes. Academic referencing is not necessarily needed. Remember that pictures and examples tell often more than written text.
The presentation can be for example:
A video from your organisation e.g. with mobile phone
A powerpoint presentation with audio
A video recorded presentation
A traditional powerpoint presentation
etc.
Please have also look at other's presentations and comment at least one.
