Week 14 P.E
1. Define the word beneficial exercise?
2. List the benefits of that kind of exercises
3. How could YOU increase the amount of physical exercises in your daily life?
Use Google Maps to design a walking trail that is about 5-7 km long. Enter the route you planned below. Eg: Koulukatu → Kirkkotie → around the church → up the stairs → etc.
4. Walk the route, avoid unnecessary human contact. If you wish, bring a family member for a walk.
5. Download your task to your own folder on the pedanet, preferably as a picture (see example).
6. Comment was the task challenging (what challenging), how did your panning route feel?

Week 13 Body rhytm
1. Watch the Brain Exercise video, give it a try, and teach the task to someone else
2. Watch the body rhythm videos test and teach someone else
3. You can shoot your own workout video if you want and can
4. You can write your reflexions about experiences on your own pedanet page or write it on the paper + take a picture of it
NOTE. rhythms can be challenging but you should take a moment to practice them. Repeat your body rhythm three times during the week.
