The Swahili material is based on two folk tales and proverbs. One tale is a creation myth about how the Sun and the Moon went up on the sky. Another tale tells that why elephant has a long trunk. There are short English translations of these stories.

Active Library in Swahili consists of two parts:

1) Texts in Swahili and in English and one exercise related to the texts. You can also listen to them in Swahili.
2) Proverbs in Swahili.
