The Finnish courses are meant for those who don’t speak Finnish as their mother tongue.

Suomen alkeet/Elementary Finnish is meant for the beginners who have no or very little knowledge of Finnish. The classes are on Wednesdays from 9.00 to 10.30 and Fridays from 9.45 to 11.15. The course starts on 10 January. The study book is Suomen mestari 1, new edition 2020 or later.

Suomen alkeet 2/Elementary Finnish continues from the autumn, but new students are wlecome. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17.00 to 18.30. The course starts on 9 January. The study book is Suomen mestari 1, new edition 2020.
There are also two groups that use Russian as auxiliary language. The first one is on Mondays and Wednesdays at 17.00, the other one on Mondays and Thursdays at 10.00. They start on 8 January.

Suomen alkeet 3/Elementary Finnish3 continues from the autumn, but new students are welcome. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18.45 to 20.15. The course starts on 9 January. The study book is Suomen mestari 2, new edition 2022 or later.
