Virtuaalinen työpaja Joutsassa 16.-17.5.2022
We organized a virtual meeting in Joutsa on 5.-6.5.2022, we had 17 participants.
-We had "a cultural tasting session": each school had sent in advance by post some candies, cookies etc and we tasted these together. Students said their opinions and comparisons to the camera.
-Our students had done a survey of studying techniques, we presented the results of it and we had group discussions of the topics.
-Our former student, who is now studying in the University in Joensuu, gave us a lecture on the differences between studies in high school and in university. The aim was to give information and lower the “fear” towards university studies.
-The Italian team organized a visitor too, she told about her work as a social media marketing person in a local company. This was a good example of what kind of different skills are needed nowadays in worklife.
