Three teachers from Karhunmäki school (Ms Sari Elokivi, Ms Iris Oinasniemi and Ms Marketta Mikkola) visited Osnovna šola Dobje in Slovenia in May 2026. Their job shadowing period lasted for one week during which they got acquainted with the Slovenian school system, the daily routines and innovative teaching methods of Osnovna šola Dobje as well as with the rich cultural heritage of Slovenia. During their visit they connected with teachers from Italy, Spain and The Czech Republic from where four teachers are going to accomplish their job shadowing phase at Karhunmäki school in April 2027.
