Gathered data in register may be used to enable the service, manage memberships, bulletin of developing the applications and contact between developers and users.

5. Information included in register:
Private persons:

• First name
• Last name
• E-mail address
• Mail address (not complimentary)
• Phone number (not complimentary)
• Birthday (not complimentary)

Organizations:

• Name of the contact person
• E-mail address
• Billing information

6. Data collection:
All the information regarding private persons is provided by the individuals themselves when signing up for the Peda.net service.

7. Confidentiality and data delivery:

No data is delivered to third parties nor outside the EU or EEA district except in the following cases:

• Authorities requesting the data during the criminal investigation
• Peda.net school network authenticted trainees or training organizators may be granted a temporary and limited access to information essential in training.

Using the register that contains user or customer data is entitled only to persons who need the access to the data on behalf of Peda.net service. All the gathered data is saved to encrypted databases, that are protected with user names and passwords.
