Terms of use do not have affect to materials' ownership: the ownership remains with the legal owner. Service provider does not receive any additional rights to users' material except what must be maintained in order to run the service as the terms of use define.

Basically this means same as "all rights are reserved" with the exception that Peda.net reserves the right to share the original copy and its derivatives (e.g. icons created from the image) according to user's defined publicity settings, and to back-up the content.

It is not possible to save any copyright material to Peda.net service without agreeing the terms of use. Thus, all the saved material is licensed at the very least according to terms of use.
