Creating a form:

  1. Click on the “Other tool” button when editing a page. 
  2. Click on the “Form” option.
  3. Give your form a title and set its participation settings from the options on the bottom of the page. Remember to click on the “Save” or “Save as draft” button after you are finished.
  4. You will be redirected back to the module’s host page. You can now click on the ”Modify” button to add tasks and text to the form.
