Creating a form:
- Click on the “Other tool” button when editing a page.
- Click on the “Form” option.
- Give your form a title and set its participation settings from the options on the bottom of the page. Remember to click on the “Save” or “Save as draft” button after you are finished.
- You will be redirected back to the module’s host page. You can now click on the ”Modify” button to add tasks and text to the form.
