In Lecture 3 you will learn the collegial models. This model encougrates teachers' participation in decision making process. Different from the personal authority emphasized in the bureaucracy model, collegial model focuses on the authority of expertise. This model calls for a common set of values. However, the collegial model also has its limitations. At the end of the lecture, Lecturer Värri gives an example of the dicision making process in his school when he works as the principal.
