Lecture 5 first introduces the difficulties that multicultural teams might encounter. Then Professor Salo-Lee analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the multicultural team. In order to make the team members stay together, the leader shall encourage the team spend more time together, build up the trust among the members, and empower the team. When looking into the high performing teams, Claes finds some common features. These also give us good tips for building up effective multicultural teams.
