Session 2 consists of 4 lectures. First, you will learn three models of adaptation. Then, through Kim’s model, you will have a better understanding of cross-cultural adaptation at interpersonal communication level. Lectures 3 and 4 provide numerous examples of verbal and nonverbal communications. This session helps the learners to increase their awareness of cultural differences. Furthermore, through real-life cases, learners will reflect their own experiences and improve the interpersonal communication skills in their future work.
