Make a 6X6 grid with chalk outside. You can use a meter stick or just free hand. Randomly put the 26 letters of the alphabet (all uppercase or lowercase). The 10 extra spaces are free spaces. 

• Practice going through the alphabet from A to Z.
• Can you use the ABC board to spell your name?
• Jump onto all the vowels (A, E, I, O, U).
• Use the ABC board to practice your weekly spelling words, or words you know, like 'stop.'
• When creating the board, encourage your child to write the letters with you.
