It's kind of sad but old buildings can be rotten so in some cases it can be a good thing. In Rauma old buildings are usually just repaired.

I think it's good if those buldings are not practical anymore. In Rauma they are bulding a new mall.

I think that old buildings should be restored instead of demolishing. Old buildings in Rauma are doing pretty well in my opinion. Old Rauma is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites so it can't be destroyed.

The old buildings being demolished isn't a bad thing, and in some scenarios it should be done. Since the buildings are old, they usually start to fall apart and get mouldy. Repairing those buildings usually costs a lot of money and time, and the buildings will have to be repaired again in a few years. Building modern constructions on their place allows the old site to be properly reused.

I think it's good to replace old buildings if they aren't useful anymore. There are lots of old buildings in old Rauma.
