There are four lessons in the morning, 3 of them are of academic lessons, 1 of them is arts or PE class. Every class lasts for 40 minutes, between the first and second class, the third and forth class there is a 10-min-long break; between the second and third class, the break is half an hour, during when students do some exercise on the playground or in the classroom like eye exercise, jogging, rope skipping, to name but a few. Also, some students clubs have meetings during the break to work on some programs. After the forth class in the morning, there is some time for students to study by themselves, to reflect on what they’ve learnt so far or to have some discussions with each other.

 

Lunch break is from 12:00-14:00, students come back to dormitory or come home to have a nap after having lunch.

 

3 lessons in the afternoon: academic and arts classes. Also there will be half an hour break for students to have some refreshing time outside. After the third class in the afternoon, there is some time for students to study by themselves.

 

Dinner break is form 17:40- 18:10

 

There is two hour self study time in the evening, not only for review and discussion but also for students club activities, like speech and debate, chorus, recitations of poems and so on.
