Lohikoski Primary School
Welcome to the Lohikoski Primary School -website!
Lohikoski Primary School is situated in the middle of the suburban Lohikoski area, just five minutes from the centre of Jyväskylä by car. We provide high quality education for children aged 7 to 12 years, from the 1st grade to the 6th grade. We have also 39 children in elementary school. Our school has approximately 325 students. The education in Lohikoski Primary School is based on the national curriculum.
Our goal is to support the children’s growth into self-reliant and emphatic individuals who accept differences in others and take responsibility for themselves and their environment. We aim to be a safe, supportive school community that appreciates diligent work and looks courageously into the future.
