National Landscapes as Learning Environments 16.3.2017

Mutala School implements internationalisation at home according to our International Program. This project was a part of our International Education. This learning entity was built on Place Based Pedagogy.

International teachers from Japan, South Korea, Kamerun and Brazil organized work shops about their culture, National landscapes and surroundings in Europe and in Finland in co-operation with the staff and pupils of Mutala School. Pupils participated in the work shops held by the international teachers.

At the end of the day Mutala School's staff and international teachers had an educational trip to Koli where we learned more about Place Based Pedagogy and our National Landscape Koli.
