English literature and book reports

Remember that the annual goal is to read eight books in English. You should have book reports done from every other book that you have read, meaning that you would write a minimum of four book reports in a school year. You may write the book reports from now on in Peda.net.

How to write a book report

Copy the sentences and paste them in your English folder. Continue the sentences to form paragraphs. 

Plot
The story is about...
This is normal/unusual because...
It all happens during the course of... (a day? week? year?)
The story begins in a ... way (slow? exciting? mysterious?).

Characters
The main characters are...
I would describe... as ...
The other character, ... is...
The author described them in great / little detail. For example...
The character I most liked was... because...
I did not like... character because...
The characters that changed during the story are...
This is what happened...

Comments on style
The story is written in the first "I" OR third "he/she" person.
The setting is described in great / little detail, for example...

General
