• Erasmus+ is EU funded education, youth and sports programme, which enables co-operation in these fields in Europe.

 

• Alavuden yläkoulu takes part in a two year, EU funded Erasmus+ project starting in fall 2018.

 

• The partner organizations come from Germany, Portugal, Spain and France.

 

• The main objective of project Feeling good is to concentrate on both mental and physical well-being of the students.

 

• By getting to know different cultures and habits we achieve a wider perspective of things that are concidered to increase healthy and satisfying way of living.

 

• The project aims to create positive experiences to all children, encourage to improve ones own strenghts and good habits, build self esteem and language skills and solve problems through co-operation.

 

• Though all students at Alavuden yläkoulu get a chance to take part in the project, the most enthusiastic students can join the Erasmus club.

 

• The project also involves visits to the partner organizations, and we at Alavuden yläkoulu will also get to host our European friends' visit to Alavus in December 2018.
