4. DR. JOHN RENDE,
a 38-year-old dentist from Florida, agreed to ? (ALLOW) two brothers, Robert and Kenneth Alberton, to chop off his finger with an axe and ?(CLAIM) it was an accident. Dr. John Rende collected a 1.3 million settlement from one brother's home insurance, and filed under his own disability policy as well.

Verdict and Sentence

5. MITCHELL JOHNSON (13) and ANDREW GOLDEN (11)
stole nine rifles and ammunition from Golden's grandfather's house in Arkansas. They drove to their middle school the following morning in Johnson's mother's van. Golden pulled the fire alarm, while Johnson took the weapons to the nearby woods. It was an ambush. As the children and teachers ? (FILED OUT), the two boys opened fire, killing four female students and one teacher and wounding ten others.

Verdict and Sentence:
Johnson and Golden were tried as juveniles and found guilty of five counts of ? (PREMEDITATED) murder, for which the maximum sentence available was ?(CONFINEMENT) until the age of 21.
