8. KRISTINA LOWE (18)
from Maine was driving 75mph in a 50mph zone with three friends when she lost control of her Subaru in 2012. She crashed into a tree killing two of her friends in the collision. Later when questioned by the police, Lowe denied driving at all. The evidence that she had been texting while driving came later from her own father.
