Our School (Johan)
You look into the map of Finland, especially Lapland region, you see Kemi, Rovaniemi, Tornio, Inari and all other sort of towns scattered across the map. Then you look down South and see this; a town with a person’s name: Simo? What even is in Simo, you may ask, well, there’s not that much around here besides a few shops, barbershops, a pizzeria, other businesses and then there’s our school.
Simo school is a compact school with grades 1 and onwards attending their mandatory and secondary education in the same building. It’s a good thing that the ~200 students not to mention several teachers and tens of staff members making sure we develop ourselves and prepare for the future and the real world are diligent and commited, now, the teacher has probably stopped reading by now, so let’s talk about the real stuff!
The hallways are always packed with students and staff alike crowding like a Roman legion, the food is barely edible and sometimes it makes you wonder if the government regulates the quality of our food, the systems are oftentimes faulty and in constant need of attention from our lord and saviour, Jouni.
Enough about some of the bad things, atleast we can make as much coffee as possible! Guess there’s some solace in that if anything else, the students are also kind of funny.
