Tosca apples
4 pieces​	of sour apples
Tosca mix
75 g	butter or margarine
1.5 dl	brown sugar
2 tablespoons	wheat flour
2 tablespoons	milk or doublecream
70 g	almond chips

Place the peeled and sliced apples convex side up in a greased baking pan. Boil the ingredients in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture over the apples and bake in a 225 ° oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve slightly chilled with ice cream.
