THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT

Everything started an year ago. Jari, the Finnish teacher, was searching for an Icelandic partner. He sent a number of proposal letters to headmasters of secondary level schools in Reykjavik and next to it. Finally his efforts bore fruit. The headteacher of Grunnskóli Borgarfjarðar in Varmaland had forwarded the proposal letter to school´s teacher of biology Thorbjorg. The timing for the proposal was perfect as she had just been thinking to start an international project. Afterwards we prepared an application to Cimo in March. And we were accepted in May 2016! Here we go, let´s enjoy!
