You are a guest on a TV talk show. You have been invited to discuss what makes society good. The
parliamentary elections are coming up, so you want to bring up topics and themes that are important to
you. You are worried that people are too focused on earthly things like money and success. You think they
don’t care about other people anymore and they get stressed and anxious because their priorities are
wrong. Your main goal is to get people to rethink their values.


B. Politician
You are a guest on a TV talk show. You have been invited to discuss what makes society good. The
parliamentary elections are coming up, so you want to bring up topics and themes that are important to
you. You are a candidate in the elections and your main concerns are improving the economy and reducing
the unemployment rate. Your main goal is to appeal to your voters who are mostly middle-aged and live in
rural areas.


C. Human rights activist
You are a guest on a TV talk show. You have been invited to discuss what makes society good. The
parliamentary elections are coming up, so you want to bring up topics and themes that are important to
you. You think the government should increase the amount of money they spend on development aid and
send more help to countries that have humanitarian crises. Your main goal is to show that our society can
afford to help more.


D. Talk show host
You are the host of a TV talk show. You have invited people to discuss what makes society good. The
parliamentary elections are coming up, so you want to bring up topics and themes that are current and
interest a lot of people. You would also like to cause some controversy and you wouldn’t mind if your
guests started arguing a bit. Your main goal is to get good ratings for your TV show.
