• The Poles arriving to Karhula bus station at 3:25 p.m. (or 4:25 p.m.)
• The Germans arriving to Karhula high school around 6:30 p.m.
• Evening with the host family

TUESDAY 7.3.

• Showing Karhula high school to the guests and getting to know each other at 8 to 9 a.m. (Auditorium)
• Presenting and discussing the results of the questionnaires at 9 to 10 a.m. (Auditorium)
• Visiting lessons at 10 to 12 a.m.
• Lunch at school at 12 o’clock
• Learning one Finnish dance at 12.30 to 2.15 p.m. and making a short film of it (Karhula sport hall)
• Presenting the dictionaries and deciding the final 20 “Friendly phrases” at 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Auditorium)

WEDNESDAY 8.3.

• Workshop and discussion about the problems and traumas of the immigrants at 8 to 10 a.m. in the school’s auditorium (Pia Salonen from the shelter for young immigrants in Kotka)
• Sightseeing in Kotka with the bus at 10 to 11 a.m. (guiding in English)
• Visiting the Kotka church at 11 a.m.
• Lunch at school at 12 o’clock
• Visiting the shelter for young immigrants in Koivula, Kotka at 1 to 3 p.m. with bus.
• Visiting the maritime center Vellamo at 6 to 8 p.m.

THURSDAY 9.3.

• A day in Helsinki, from school with the bus at 7.30 a.m.
• Visiting the Fazer experience visitor centre in Helsinki at 9 to 10 a.m. (chocolate factory Fazer)
• Visiting a startup refugees -project in Helsinki at 11 to 12/12.30 a.m.
• A visit in the museum of contemporary art Kiasma at 1 to 2/2.30 p.m.
• Lunch in a restaurant of an immigrant in Shopping centre Itis Helsinki at 3.00 p.m.
• Shopping time in Shopping centre Itis to 5.30 p.m.
• The bus starts at 5.30 p.m. back to Kotka. We will arrive at 7 p.m. to the school.

FRIDAY 10.3.

• Watching the “Lesson for a foreigner” -videos and presenting them live at 8 to 10 a.m.
• Making “20 friendly phrases” -youtube videos at 10 to 12 a.m.
• Lunch at school at 12 o’clock
• Visiting Veronikas music -lesson at 12.30 to 2.15 p.m.
• Evening at the camping place Luovi at 6 to 12 p.m. (sauna and swimming, eating, poetry slam)

SATURDAY 11.3.

• Day with the host family (free time, shopping)

SUNDAY 12.3.

• Sports day: Playing floorball in Karhula sports hall at 9 to 11 a.m.
• Free time
• Bowling and eating in sports bar Players at 6 to 8 p.m.

MONDAY 13.3.

• Travelling day back home
• The poles and germans bus from Karhula high school starts at 5.30 a.m.
