Applegroats (Finja B.)
you need:
- 1 kg apples
- 500 ml water
- 3-4 spoon semolina
- 1 pck. vanillasugar
- a bit cinnamon
- 1 kg apples

- a bit cinnamon
- Peal the apples, cut them (little pieces) and put it with the water, vanillasugar and cinnamon into a pot. Cook it 15 minutes, until the apple pieces are soft.
- Purée it and put semolina into the pot with the puréed apples.
- Let it cook up short.
- After that, let the applegroats cool down.
- Now you can eat it. Warm or cold.
