Applegroats (Finja B.)

you need:

1 kg apples
- 500 ml water
- 3-4 spoon semolina
- 1 pck. vanillasugar
- a bit cinnamon

  1. Peal the apples, cut them (little pieces) and put it with the water, vanillasugar and cinnamon into a pot. Cook it 15 minutes, until the apple pieces are soft.
  2. Purée it and put semolina into the pot with the puréed apples.
  3. Let it cook up short.
  4. After that, let the applegroats cool down.
  5. Now you can eat it. Warm or cold.
