1. Choose a diet you want to research.
2. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of the diet containing the following info:

- How does the diet work? What is recommended and what is forbidden?
- What do critics say about it?
- Why do people follow the diet?
- Who are its role models?

Be prepared to tell your own opinion and give good arguments for or against the diet.
The presentations will be held in small groups.
