2. “How did you hear about the vacancy?”	Then they wanted to know…	how I had heard about the vacancy.

4. “Why should we hire you?”	They were wondering…	why they should hire me.
5. “What are your greatest strengths?”	I had to tell them…	what my greatest strengths are/were.
6. “What do you consider your weaknesses?”	Then they needed to know…	what I consider / considered my weaknesses.

10. “How have you dealt with stressful situations in the past?”	They wondered…	how I had dealt with stressful situations in the past.
11. “What do you like to do in your free time?”	They wanted to know…	what I like /l iked to do in my free time.
