I have a cousin, Nikki, who 1. has not visited / hasn't visited (visit, not) us for many years as she is from Jersey City, New Jersey. However, we 2. have been writing / 've been writing (write) each other long letters regularly since we were ten years old.

Nikki 14. has not wanted / hasn't wanted / hasn’t wanted (want, not) to ask her about it recently, because everybody else keeps asking Deanna: “15. have (make, not) you not made up your mind yet?”

So, Deanna 16. has still been living (live) with her parents for this year, but luckily Nikki’s new apartment is not too far from Jersey City and she 17. has been able to (be able to) visit her friends quite often.

She now lives in the small town of Princeton. It may be a small place, but the university is quite famous. It was already founded in 1746, but they 18. have (allow) only allowed women to study there since 1969.
