Ingredients for 4 servings

350 g cherries
200 g red currants
250 g Sugar
40 g food strength
100 ml cherry juice
300 g sour cream
1 EL vanilla sugar
250 g rasp berries
Preparing
The cherries wash and stone. Currants also wash. The fruits in 500 ml water allow to boil. With closed lid and weak heat approx 10 minutes softy cook . By a fine sieve pour away which express berries, besides,and catch the juice. The raspberries read out . The currants- cherry juice stir flatly and with a whisk quickly under the cooking juice touch. Again allow to boil and at least 2 hours in the fridge put. Sour cream with vanilla sugar flatly touch and with the red groats serve.
