Appetizer: Mache with a Honey-Mustard dressing
You need :
-50g Mache
-a bit cucumber
-1x Paprika
-1xTomato
-1x Carrot For the Dressing:
-1tbsp Mustard
-2 tbsp Honey
-4-6 tbsp Water
First you clean the mache,cucumber,paprika,tomato an the carrot.
Then you put the mache in a bowl with holes,so it can dry.After that you cut the vegetables in pieces and
put them into the bowl with the mache.
For the dressing you put the mustard ina little bowl and the honey too.
The water you give into the mix , honey and mustard, until it is liquid.
You can put the mache with the pieces in littles bowles with a bit dressing or in a big bowl with the dressing besides.
