BLUEBERRY PIE
Inderigents:
One dose of Short crust pastry
Filling:
5-6 dl of blueberries
½ dl of sugar
1 tabelspoon of potato flour
1 tablespoon of jelly sugar
Making:
1.Put some butter on the casserole
2.Put the stove to the 200 °C
3.Make the crust pastry ready and then push it at the casserole.
4.Mix the inderigents of filling and put it top on the dough
5.Bake the pie in middle of the oven, about 20 to 25 minutes.
