Berry mousse
You need:
5 dl sweet juice diluted
1 dl semolina
(sugar)
Also needed:
1 dl whipping cream
1 tsp (powdered) sugar
Decoration:
Berries
1.Take the ingredients and utenils.
2.Mix the juice and semolina in a saucepan whit a wooden spoon. Bring to the boil and stir constantly. Porridge simmer for 15 minutes.
3.Cool the porridge in a cold water without cover Blend sometimes.
4.Whisk cream foam. Flavour with powdered sugar.
5.Whisk cooled porridge mixer fluffy foam. Check flavor and add necessary sugar. Mix whipped cream into porridge (You can take part of cream for decoration.)
6.Decoration whit berries (or whipped cream).
