Strenght training for gymnastics
GOAL: Make a gymnastics strenght training program for the following monta yourself and exercise it.
SPESIFICS: The program must include 6 movements in total. 2 For legs, 2 for midsection and 2 for arms or upper body. Easiest way to do this, is to follow the link below and copy the first workout called: "At Home Women’s Workout 1"

EXECUTION: Write down the program on a paper or make a word document. Do the program and get you guardians signature on it. Return the task to your homeroom teacher or to my mailbox in teacher's lounge.
