Elisabeth Holm, PhD, is an International Coordinator at the University of the Faroe Islands. Her research focuses on the experiences of migrants in acquiring, using and becoming speakers of Faroese and the challenges they face regarding labour market access and participation.

Roger Kjærgaard, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Faculty of Humanities, Sports and Educational Science at University of South-Eastern Norway. His research focuses on career guidance in a governmentality and welfare perspective, and practice-oriented career guidance.
Jonna Linde, PhD-student, Department of Applied Educational Science at Umeå University, Sweden. Her research interest are career counselling in relation to migration and transitions.
Per-Åke Rosvall , Department of Applied Educational Sciences, Umeå University Sweden. His latest work includes discussions on locality and the prevention of early school leaving in the Swedish highly decentralised education system and young people’s career choices in rural contexts in relation to social codes, migration and resources.

Randi Skovhus, PhD, is Associate Professor at Faculty of Continuing Education at VIA University College, Denmark. Her research focuses on career guidance in compulsory school and educational institutions in a social justice perspective.
