Nordic-Baltic PIAAC Conference 2026 was held 
August 26–27, 2026 at the University of Jyväskylä, Jyväskylä, Finland.

The conference was organised by the Nordic-Baltic PIAAC Network and the Nordic Network for Lifelong Learning (NLL). It is funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers, NLL, EPALE - Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe and the University of Jyväskylä.
