Welcome to the Nordic-Baltic PIAAC Conference 2026 on
August 26–27, 2026 at the University of Jyväskylä, Jyväskylä, Finland.

The conference is organised by the Nordic-Baltic PIAAC Networkand the Nordic Network for Lifelong Learning (NLL). It is funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers, NLL, EPALE - Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe and the University of Jyväskylä.


We recommend that participants arrive in Jyväskylä
on Tuesday 25 August for our pre-conference introductory session and informal evening get‑together.
