The central aim of the conference is to bring together policymakers and researchers to explore the potential of the world’s most important study on adult skills, OECD's PIAAC.  

The programme (to be published soon) features inspiring keynote speeches and panel discussions with leading European researchers and policymakers. It showcases the latest findings from the numerous PIAAC follow‑up studies conducted by our international research community—offering participants a unique opportunity to engage with the latest insights shaping the future of adult skills development. The event also provides an excellent platform for networking and fostering future collaboration in the field. 

While the primary focus of the conference is on the Nordic-Baltic countries, we warmly welcome international speakers and participants for the valuable perspectives they bring, and to offer them the opportunity to gain insights into adult skills-related research and policy in the region.
