Abstract authors, we will inform you about the decisions in early May. For all accepted abstacts we have reserved you a spot so no need to worry if the conference is full. We will inform you more in the "Abstract decision" letter.

Abstracts should engage directly with PIAAC—such as through the use of PIAAC data—or address broader thematic areas encompassed by the survey, including adult skills, adult learning, and labour market dynamics. Submissions are not required to focus on the Nordic-Baltic region; studies situated in other contexts are equally welcome.

Submissions will be evaluated based on their relevance to PIAAC and the conference audience, as well as their scientific quality. In addition, the diversity of topics across submissions will be considered to ensure a well-balanced programme.

The deadline for abstracts is 30 April 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+2). Please note that only abstracts submitted using this online system will be accepted. Upon a successful submission, a confirmation email will automatically be emailed to you.
