Now you have received all the CVs and cover letters from people who have applied for work.
1. Get together with your group and go through all the papers. Discuss and make notes! Talk about the positive and negative sides of each application.
2. Write down questions to ask the interviewees on Friday. Make sure all of you have the questions because the whole group will be responsible for asking the questions.
3. Make good notes while conducting the interviews.
4. Concluding meeting. Discuss and choose the best candidate for the job! Make notes to show the teacher why you chose this person. Hand in the notes after interviews
