There are two main themes in the project: 1) the equality between men and women and how it has changed during the last decades and 2) the skills needed at work nowadays and in the future and how the working life has changed during the last decades. To get information and ideas about the gender equality the students interview their relatives, fellow students, residents of the local nursing home for elderly and children in the kindergarten (pre-school). The cooperation with the children happens mostly by story telling and letting them create new illustrated stories which the students analyze paying attention to the equality. The information about the skills needed at work is got from the interviews of the relatives, old people in the nursing home and representatives of the local companies.
