Kouluvuosi alkaa huomenna keskiviikkona 12.8. kaikilla päiväkotikoulun koululaisilla klo 9.15 ja päättyy klo 12.15.

ILTIS aukaa klo 12.15.

• Koululaiset jättävät polkupyöränsä (myös skuutit) pyöräparkkikatoksiin. Pyörät ja skuutit on syytä lukita. Pyöräilykypärä on ehdoton turvaväline koulumatkoilla pyörällä tai skuutilla liikuttaessa. Pyöräparkkikatoksissa ei leikitä välitunneilla.
• Koulupäivä alkaa lukujärjestykseen merkittynä aikana. Aamuisin päiväkotikoulun pihassa ei ole valvontaa ennen koulupäivän alkua. Ulko-ovet ovat jatkuvasti lukittuna, aikuiset päästävät lapset sisään kellon soidessa.

 

Opettajat ja ohjaajat tulevat lapsia vastaan välituntipihalle ensimmäisenä aamuna.

• Mukaan reppuun voi ottaa sisätossut/jalkineet ja juomapullon. Tossuihin ja juomapulloon on hyvä merkitä oma nimi.
• Uusien oppilaiden huoltajat ovat tervetulleita rehtorin aamutapaamiseen ruokasali Aamuruskoon klo 9.15-9.45 (1.krs).Toki muidenkin koululaisten vanhemmat ovat tervetulleita, jos aikataulut antavat myöten.

 

• TURVALLISUUSKASVATUS ON TÄMÄN LUKUVUODEN PAINOPISTEALUEEMME. Ensi viikolla testataan ryhmätekstiviestin lähettämistä kaikille päiväkotikoulun vanhemmille, minkä vuoksi toivomme, että tarkistatte nyt, että puhelinnumeronne ovat wilmassa oikein. Myös osoitetieto ja sähköposti on tärkeää olla ajantasalla. Muutoksista tulee ilmoittaa välittömästi koulusihteeri Mari Ukkoselle wilmaviestillä.
• Kännykkä laitetaan äänettömälle koulupäivän alkaessa koulun piha-alueen ulkopuolella ja säilytetään päivän ajan repussa.Kännykkää voi käyttää vain opettajan luvalla koulupäivän aikana talon sisällä, ulkoilualueella ja liikuntatunneilla. Myös muita mobiililaitteita (läppärit, padit, kuulokkeet, kellopuhelimet) koskevat samat säännöt.

• Opettajat jakavat paperiset lukujärjestykset reppupostissa kotiin ensimmäisenä koulupäivänä ja torstaista alkaen koulutyö jatkuu lukujärjestyksen mukaan. Jos lukujärjestykseen tulee muutoksia, niistä ilmoitellaan ensin kotiin ja sitten päivitetään uusi paperinen lukujärjestys kotiin. Wilman lukujärjestys päivittyy ajantasalle elokuun aikana.

• Lukujärjestykseen on merkitty jokaiselle oppilaalle kutsutunti, jolle osallistuminen on velvoittavaa. Tämä on hyvä ottaa huomiooon perheen aikatauluja suunniteltaessa. Opettaja ilmoittaa ajoissa erikseen niille, jotka kutsutaan tälle tunnille.

 

• Vanhempainillat pidetään viikoilla 35 ja 36. 
• Lukuvuoden työ- ja loma-ajat, lyhennetyt koulupäivät ja koulupäivän aikataulu löytyvät täältä.

 

• Kouluvuoden aloitukseen on hyvä valmistautua mm. seuraavilla tavoilla:

- unirytmi kohdalleen kesäaikatulujen jälkeen

- kouluvälineet kuntoon: reppu, työvälineet, ja polkupyörän kuntokin on hyvä tarkistaa

The new school year begins tomorrow, Wednesday, 12 August, for all pupils at the Daycare School. The school day starts at 9:15 a.m. and ends at 12:15 p.m.

The After-School Club (ILTIS) opens at 12:15 p.m.

• Pupils should leave their bicycles (including scooters) in the designated bicycle shelters. Bicycles and scooters should be locked. Wearing a bicycle helmet is mandatory when travelling to and from school by bicycle or scooter. The bicycle shelters are not playground areas and should not be used for playing during breaks.
• The school day begins at the time indicated in each pupil's timetable. Please note that there is no supervision in the school yard before the school day begins. The exterior doors remain locked at all times, and staff members will let children into the building when the bell rings.

On the first morning, teachers and teaching assistants will meet the children in the playground area during the morning break.

• Children may bring indoor shoes/slippers and a water bottle in their school bag. We recommend clearly labelling both items with the child's name.
• Parents and guardians of new pupils are warmly welcomed to a morning meeting with the principal in the school dining hall, Aamurusko, from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. (1st floor). Parents of returning pupils are also welcome if their schedules allow.

 

Safety education is our key focus area for this school year.

Next week, we will test sending a group text message to all parents of the Daycare School. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check that your phone number in Wilma is correct and up to date. It is also important that your address and email information are current. Any changes should be reported immediately to the school secretary, Mari Ukkonen, via a Wilma message.

• Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode before entering the school grounds and kept in the pupil's school bag throughout the school day. Phones may only be used during the school day, indoors, outdoors, or during physical education lessons, with the teacher's permission. The same rules apply to other mobile devices, including laptops, tablets, headphones, and smartwatch phones.
• Teachers will send printed timetables home with pupils on the first school day. From Thursday onwards, teaching will follow the timetable. If changes are made, families will be informed first, after which an updated printed timetable will be sent home. The Wilma timetable will be updated during August.
• Each pupil's timetable includes a designated support or invitation lesson, attendance at which is mandatory. Families should take this into account when planning schedules. Teachers will notify the pupils concerned well in advance if they are invited to attend this lesson.

 

Parents' evenings will be held during Weeks 35 and 36.

It is a good idea to prepare for the new school year by:

• Re-establishing a regular sleep schedule after the summer holidays
• Checking that school equipment is ready, including school bags and supplies
• Ensuring that bicycles are in safe working condition
