Small scale model of the building

Pupils in our class built a small scale model of the factory. The model is based on a photo, which was taken in 1920's.

Writing begins

We began writing fact and fiction stories of the Tikkakoski factory on March 18th.

Posters of the factory are ready

We finished posters of the factory on January 8th.

First visit to the factory

November 26th we visited Tikkakoski factories for the first time. We had a guided tour around the factory area by Martti Mäkinen.

An expert visited our class

On November 24th an expert on the history of the Tikkakoski factories Martti Mäkinen visited our class.
