In this module you will examine the laws of equity and equality. In addittion you will examine involvement and discrimination in sport.
Tasks
Examine following material (10h)
- European Convention on Human Rights
- Convention on the Rights of the Child (United Nations)
- Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
- Main legislation of your own country on equality and equity
TASK 1 (9 h)
Write an essay (2 pages) where you present the basis of the legislation of your own country on equality and equity
and
discuss the differences and/or similarities of the legislation of your country to the EU and UN legislation.

TASK 2 (8 h)
Create "house rules" for yourself where you conclude the main things on equity and equality considering the field of sports. You can create the house rules for your (future) job as a teacher, coach, specialist etc.
Aim to present concrete thesis, using simplified language and visualization in order to highlight the main points.
