All activities will be aimed at developing a culture of tolerance, but also at encouraging a conscious and active presence in civil society, in the perspective that participation in social life is not only a right, but the duty of every responsible European citizen.
Expected results and potential long-term benefits: broadening knowledge and understanding of European culture, educational policies and practices; triggering
changes in terms of school modernization and internationalization; promoting European mobility activities for pupils and school staff, also in the long term.

How is participation in this activity going to benefit the involved participants? OSALLISTUJAN EDUT
Motivation and key citizenship competences of students increase during the project. The participants gain skills and competences in e-learning, digitalization and media criticism. Skills to produce presentations and short films will increase. Teachers involved gain more tools of teaching by adapting new technology (e-learning, learning by doing) to their normal work. New international contacts are important for students and teachers, as well. It is very rare to e.g. give presentation for big audience (Day 4) and produce short films (Day 5) during normal school activities in Finland and Germany. Thus, the project activities add students' team-work capabilities.
