Work Package Planning Guidelines

 

Questions to be answered and feedback

 

  1. How have we done so far?

 

-         overall impressions?

-         have we succeeded in involving everyone?

-         how much do the students / teachers know about the project?

-         have the work groups functioned properly?

-         where has your money gone?

-         has it been enough?

-         what kind of problems (nationally) have there been in paying the bills (beforehand, afterwards, cash, money transfers, travel agency involvement, special offers etc.)?

-         have there been / will there be unexpected costs that will somehow jeopardise the project?

-         have you been able to find sponsors for the facilities, accommodation, meals and other types of entertainment that have been satisfactory and have diminished the overall costs?

 

 

  1. What must we change or improve?

 

-         overall impressions?

-         what doesn’t work at all?

-         what has been a pleasant surprise

-         has the coordinator school done enough to help everyone?

-         has language caused any problems in understanding what to do in the project?

 

  1. Is there any need of new technology?

 

-         acquisitions?

-         expert advice and necessary support?

-         connections?

-         restoring, recording and databases?

 

  1. Have the partner schools found a specific task or area that they are responsible for within this project?

 

-         mapping of tasks and dividing the work load?

-         organizing the groups and people responsible?

-         collecting data for a common working procedure?

 

  1. How have the mobilities and their planning succeeded?

 

-         has the programme been satisfactory?

-         what kind of help is needed for planning the trips?

-         shall we be able to complete the visits without trouble?

-         has information about the member countries been sufficient?

-         how have you dealt with travel insurances?

-         how should we inform each other about the rules of the schools, manners and etiquette?

-         have we done everything to plan the trips early enough, or should we pass on all information more in advance?

 

  1. What have the participants done so far to advertise this project to others and outsiders (websites, homepages, press, radio, TV, other schools, local and national authorities, companies, sponsors)?

 

-         dissemination of information and publicity?

-         word of mouth?

-         officials (local and national)?

-         what could we do together?

 

 

  1. How will the storage and recovery of information about our lessons be accessible to all those who wish to see it afterwards?

 

-         how should the system work?

-         how is it working now?

 

 

  1. How do we change the timetables and mobilities around now that Spain is with us?

 

-         who would be willing to let go of one mobility (Loches or Milan), and what would be the prefect times for visiting each member country?

-         when can we add Spain to the list of teaching lessons?

-         has there been enough to interest to incorporate more teaching in the agenda, or is the current frequency enough?

 

  1. What to do next and who is responsible?
